Activation is available to businesses that have received a Needlemark report, through the secure link in their email.
What “standard correction” means
A standard correction is one defined change to information about your business that we prepare in full and that can be published by you, your provider or us without a project. For example:
- aligning a phone number, address or opening hours across your website and listings;
- a short answer page for one buyer question, written only from facts on your own website;
- a block of structured business details for your home page;
- a change to your robots file, where you decide it should change.
Website redesigns, new sections of a website, advertising, paid listings and content campaigns are not standard corrections and are not part of the service.
What you will be asked to do
Approve or decline each prepared correction. Where a change needs your website provider or the owner of a listing, we prepare the work and send it to them, with your permission, and keep your involvement to a minimum.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time; no further charges. Refunds within 14 days of your first payment. Cancel before your next monthly payment date and you will not be charged again. Corrections already approved and published stay yours.
What is not promised
No guarantee of rankings, recommendations or sales. AI systems and search engines decide what they show. We correct verified weaknesses and report what changes, including when nothing does.
